The Promise: If you use our patches and do not see a visible improvement in your skin, simply email us at support@gethaloskin.com within 30 days of delivery.

The Refund: We will refund the full product price.

No Return Needed: You do not need to ship the used box back to us.

Condition: This applies to your first order only (limit 1 unit per household). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace these items free of charge.
3. Standard Returns (Non-Defective Items) For unopened items or accessories (that are NOT being claimed under the Guarantee), our standard return window is 7 days.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
4. Refunds Process If your refund is approved (under either the Guarantee or Standard Return), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
